Since all of our products are digital files, we are unable to issue refunds and all sales are final. We appreciate your understanding and are always happy to answer any questions that you might have before you place an order.

Shipping Policy

EmilyAnnHill.com does not sell any physical products. All orders come in digital file format via a link that will appear on the checkout confirmation page immediately after you place your order. You will also receive an email with a secondary link to access your files.
