Shipping Policy

Most products in the shop are made to order, meaning they’re printed or produced only after you place your order. This helps avoid overproduction and unnecessary waste. From time to time, I’ll also offer limited pre-order releases, which are produced and shipped according to the timeline announced for that particular drop.

For made-to-order products, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. For limited releases and pre-orders, please refer to the timeline provided on the product page or at the time of purchase, as processing times may vary.

Once your order ships, please allow 4–7 business days for delivery within the United States. For international orders, please allow an additional 10–21 business days.

I’m not (and never want to be!) like Amazon, and I appreciate your patience and your decision to support a small, independent business instead.

Refund Policy

Had a change of heart? I accept returns within 30 days of delivery, though buyers are responsible for return shipping fees. To initiate a return, please contact me first at hello@emilyannhill.com.

If an item arrived damaged, please contact me immediately.

Due to their replicable nature, I do not provide refunds on any of my digital-only products, such as fonts or PDF workbooks. Thank you for understanding.
